Anna Petyarre resides at Mulga Bore, Utopia, approximately 220 km from Alice Springs. This is the place where she currently paints. Anna has painted on and off since early childhood and began painting in earnest in 1996. Under the careful guidance of famous indigenous artists and relatives Emily Kame Kngwarreye and Gloria Petyarre over the last few years Anna has been expanding her artistic skills and has become a very well known artist.
