Since the mid 1990’s Dulcie has approached her art with unbridled enthusiasm and vigour.  Being a senior law woman, she is responsible for supervising women's song and dance ceremonies.  Dulcie saw painting as a mode to express her sacred country and dreamings and convey their importance to the wider audience of Australia.  Her paintings are characterised by detailed designs in swirls of colour and pattern.
